About these terms

These terms apply to your use of ecommeem.com and to services provided by eCommeem. A signed proposal or agreement for your project takes priority over these terms where they differ.

Our services

We provide marketplace management, advertising, content, design, website and app services. The exact scope, price and timeline are set out in your quote or proposal.

Your responsibilities

You keep ownership of your seller accounts, brand and products, and you are responsible for following each marketplace's policies and the laws that apply to your products.

You give us the access and information we need to do the work, and you can remove our access at any time.

Results

We work to improve your results, but marketplaces, competitors and demand are outside our control, so we do not guarantee specific sales or rankings.

Fees and cancellation

Monthly services are billed in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Project fees and payment stages are set out in your proposal.

Confidentiality

We keep your account data and business information confidential and will sign an NDA on request.

Website content

Text, design and graphics on this site belong to eCommeem unless stated otherwise. Marketplace names and logos belong to their owners; eCommeem is an independent agency.
